People Being People

When people are being people, you just have to comment. In the first post you will see people using their camera phones to take photos of a car accident. When people are people...you just gotta laugh...otherwise you just might go on a killing rampage.

CD Release Party May 9, 2008

I got so drunk at the show that I am not sure I remember most of it. What really sticks in my mind is that the people I thought were my buddies left me in some random parking lot in the University District. A, C, and M are not on my friends list right now.

The show was fun. There were a couple cute women there. AMY, SEAN, and RILEY rocked like usual.

My Candidate for President of the USA

My choice and where my vote is going is for Mark Scott Bowen. He is the only person who fits the age 35 requirement that I will endorse.
This goes with my belief that you should not vote for politicians but the people that you know. I have known Mark my whole life. (He is my older brother, after all.) I may not like him but I do know that he would do the job better than anyone else I know.
I guess I would have to pick my brother in law for Vice President.
That is my choice.

Walkabout in Seattle

This is a sampling of photos I took at my adventure getting off at the wrong bus stop. The neighborhood was nice and I got some directions from a gentleman mowing his lawn. There were some really bright pinks, reds, and blues in the neighborhood. I was going to UPS to pick up a package and I took the 39 to the stop up the hill from where I was supposed to get off. It was a good walk and I got some exercise so that will have to be a good thing. See more of the pictures at http://www.myspace.com/pocketdoom

One of many choices for President

I could totally vote Cobra if that was a choice. Man, is that how bad the other choices really are that Cobra is looking good as an option?

Needing to clean Jay's Place

I need to go home and do laundry and clean my place. Will I do these things? Probably not. I am about to miss my bus. Which means I can find another excuse to stay where I am (library after work) and use the internet. I have family visiting from out of state this weekend and though they will probably not see my place, I do want it to be clean just in case. I am going to be throwing out some old dishes and stuff out of the kitchen. I need to remember to buy some oven cleaner. I should just get a new oven and a new fridge. I am probably going to have to replace them when I move anyways. Not that I plan on ever moving. My rent is too cheap to move. Especially for Seattle. I am trying to get up to writing every day like I would like to be doing.

Now that work has a blog, I can get paid to write. I find that very odd but engrossing. Instead of shelving books all day, I may take a few minutes to write a review about a book or a movie. I need to remember to do it more often.

All for now. Time to go home and fake clean.
